Dr.Sharifah Meriam Syed Akil holds numerous degrees and various other certificates in Management, Research & Training including – PhD in School Management, from the University of Sussex, Brighton, UK; Masters in Educational Management, University of Reading, UK; BA (Hons) Malay Studies, University of Malaya; Diploma in Education, University of Malaya; Diploma in Counseling (Psychology), National University of Malaysia.. Her career in education spans a period of twenty-eight years. She has served as classroom Teacher, Lecturer in Teacher’s College, Senior Officer in the School Division of the Malaysian Ministry of Education (MoE), Vice-Principal of Victoria Institution, Malaysia; Assistant Director in the Scholarship Division of MoE, Senior Assistant Director in Planning and Educational Research Division of MoE, Head of Department in the Department of Human Resource, Aminuddin Baki Institute (the National Institute of Educational Management Malaysia) and served as Head of Supporting Staff Development and Training in Aminuddin Baki Institute. At the same time, she also became the Principal of Aminuddin Baki Institute’s Central Branch, in Kuala Lumpur. Among the disciplines in which she is actively involved are School Management, Training Management and Research, Self-Development and Motivation, Parenting Skills, Communications and Human Relations, Conflicts & Stress Management, Development of Skilled Workforce in Industry, Counseling and Leadership Skills. Due to her exposure in international relationship and as the one-time secretary of the Diplomatic Wives Association in London, she has wide experience and gives lectures on areas like Self-Image, Protocol and Etiquette and Hospitality. ….. |
| Norhayati Yusof holds a Masters of Business Administration specializing in Euro Asian Management from the Aix-en-Provence Graduate School of Management as well as a Bachelors Degree in Accounting (Honors) from the University of Malaya. She is also a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
She has extensive experience in finance, internal audit, risk management, corporate strategies & implementation, project management and organization & methods, the experience gained throughout her career spanning a period of 15 years in the trading and financial services industries. |
