Our reason for being

MIM established the corporate training and consultancy division having realised the primary need among industrial and manufacturing entrepreneurs, businesses and corporate & government institutions for a trained and motivated multinational workforce.

Our objective therefore, is to share our global resources with the global community thus:

  1. providing a pool of trained and motivated human resources to small business, entrepreneurs and SMIs as well as to individuals
  2. easing the cost of recruiting multinational resources

Our service in outsourcing encompasses the following:

  1. Employing and outsourcing the services of a pool of multinational resources
  2. Providing cultural induction and training to these resources for better assimilation into the Malaysian business culture and community
  3. Providing continuous motivational training throughout the employment of these resources

Our ability also extends to sourcing for experienced and technical consultants from reputable institutions for a more in-depth learning experience where the situation requires it and so as not to compromise on the quality of resources.

Schedule of Fees

Our fees are structured in line with the services we provide:

  1. Recruitment fee
    1. This fee is a one off fee charged on each resource recruited as follows:

i.      Industrial/manufacturing – RM8,500

ii.      Restaurants/eateries – RM8,500

iii.      Households/individuals (for maids) – RM7,000

  1. This fee is payable once for each worker within the warranty period of two (2) years.
  2. Induction fee – The induction cost is charged at RM75 per head
  3. Basic training fee – Charges depend on training required for the basic scope of work requested by the client.
  4. Motivational training – Charges depend on the complexity of the training
  5. Technical training– Charges depend on the complexity of the training and based on the scope of work

Responsibilities

We recognize that when it comes to human resources, both MIM and the clients are responsible to provide a safe and secure environment for the resources and in order to secure good conduct of these resources.  As such, in return for the client’s agreement to provide warranties on minimum work environment and workers’ benefits, MIM also warrants its services to the clients.

  1. Client’s warranties
    1. The client will allow the resources one day off per week
    2. The client will allow for the resource to take a maximum of 14 days leave a year and a maximum of 30 days sick leave a year in accordance to the laws of Malaysia for which a direct resource would be eligible to
    3. The client will comply with the relevant laws, regulations, statutes and rules governing Occupational Safety and Heath as well as other matters which would otherwise be imposed on it as a direct employer.
    4. The client will take the necessary measures to safeguard its assets including purchasing the necessary insurance cover to safeguard it against losses
  2. MIM’s warranties
    1. MIM will warrant the supply of resources to the client for two years of the initial recruitment to each individual position
    2. MIM will undertake to settle medical and other related expenses for the resource during his service to the client.
    3. MIM will ensure that the necessary licenses, certificates and registrations are obtained for the recruitment of the resource as and when they fall due.
